Wow, excellent customer service from my initial call to now.I called on Tuesday they said they could start on the water main replacement on Wed,... it's Wed night and they did not leave until the water was back on. Positive and professional from the beginning to end of phase 1. I could not be more pleased with my service so far from Jump 2 It Plumbing. Do yourself a favor, when you need something done right, handled on time and with respect call these guys and gals. I don't typically do reviews unless its outstanding service so there you have it. Extremely impressed with this company. Inspector comes tomorrow and the back fill is done after. I just had my front yard landscaping redone and they have taken extra care knowing how upsetting it is to have that dug up to replace the main water line. I will do a final review as well but wanted to give kudos to Derrick, Julie, Scott, Andrew and the entire team I've worked with so far. OUTSTANDING customer service. A++read more
